Delivery Turnaround Time

Orders are delivered by courier service and delivery takes 1 to 3 business days from date of receipt of payment depending on the order’s destination. The closer you are to a main centre, the quicker the delivery. For EFT payments, an additional one business day will have to be added for the funds to reflect on our account to those mentioned below.

Main Centres (JHB/PTA/CPT/DBN/PE/EL/PMB/BFN/PKW/KIM/NLP/GRJ).  1 to 2 business days

Regional Centres (40km plus, outside of the areas listed above)  2 to 3 business days

Outlying Areas  3 to 5 business days

Delivery times will be calculated on the book with the longest lead time in order to ensure that you receive all your books in one shipment due to couriers charging us separately for each delivery. For example if you ordered a book in stock and another on backorder 2 to 3 days, your order will be dispatched after 3 days. If you require the in stock books urgently, we recommend you do 2 separate orders meaning 2 separate delivery fees.

Should you not receive your delivery after the timeframes above, please email us with your order number

Note:
• We utilise third party couriers and cannot guarantee a date and time for delivery or request that they call before delivery. Somebody needs to be at the address during business hours to accept delivery.
• You need to answer your phone should the couriers need to get hold of you to effect delivery. Failure to do so will result in delay to your delivery
